C4 system with 100hp granulator

This system will enable you to separate different density materials such as (copper / plastic), (aluminum / plastic), (aluminum / copper) and much more.
The C4 Wire chopping line comes with a 15hp blower to air-convey the copper chops from the granulator to the separation table.
The separation table is powered by a 5hp motor.
All of the dust is evacuated by a 10hp dual bag dust collector..

With the 100hp granulator,(included) It will chop and separate 3000-4000lbs/hr* of regular house wire chopped with a 5/16 screen.

(*it will take 4-5 operators to consistently feed the granulator that fast. A pre-shredder is highly recommended to automatically feed the granulator for higher production).

-Up-gradable to “C4-Turbo Plant”, with an additional Turbo Mill in-line and shredder you will increase your throughput by up to 40% and be able to process even fine wires in a single pass.

The separation table is powered by a 1hp Baldor motor.
