Finally, Fully Recover Your Metal Fines
Are fines getting through your system with insulation still on?
Do you have to run your material through your system multiple times?
Are you losing hair wires in your tailings?
Are you losing your fines altogether?
Let us introduce the turbo mill.
What Does It Do?
Optimizes Metal Purity
The quick, violent rolling action on entering material ensures the cleanest fractions and best material separation.
Strips Contaminants
Using centrifugal force, high-speed rotation, and friction, even the trickiest metal fines are freed of insulation.
Increases Throughput
The turbo mill assists shredders and granulators in downstream separation, maximizing system performance.
The Densifier: How Does It Work?
A turbo mill works through centrifugal force, speed, and friction. Inside its clamshell, entering material is spun violently against itself and the plated outer walls. The turbo mill’s paddles do not cut directly against these plates; instead, they propel material outward, creating a continuous rolling action that delaminates stuck-on material from the metal fines. This process also densifies the fines, turning them into small metal pellets. Through this densification, the fines can now be separated effectively downstream, boosting recovery of strategic materials.
The Answer to Multiple Applications
Wire Chopping
Minimize the use of multiple granulators, increase recovery, and be able to process more materials.
Low-Grade Processing
Get every piece of copper fine sorted and separated from contaminants like insulation and synthetic jackets.
Battery Recycling
The path to full mechanical separation of ultrafine, critical materials like copper, aluminum, and black mass.
